High Country Access BLUA Winter Park Base Investment Club was founded on the principle that meaningful investment opportunities are best discovered through authentic relationships and shared experiences. Created by Roberto Lopesino Seidita in partnership with Malcolm McGuire & Associates LLC, our club leverages over 60 years of combined capital raise experience to curate exclusive investment opportunities while fostering a vibrant community of sophisticated investors. Based at Winter Park Resort, we blend professional networking with mountain culture, hosting weekly gatherings where deals are discussed over breakfast and relationships are built on the slopes. Our commitment extends beyond returns—through our volunteer ski and ride program, we ensure underserved communities also experience the transformative power of the mountains. At High Country Access BLUA, we believe the best investments come from connections made at altitude.

Roberto Lopesino Seidita is a dynamic entrepreneur deeply rooted in community engagement and social impact. With a rich tradition of service to the Hispanic community in the Colorado Front Range, Roberto has made significant contributions as an ESL teacher, fostering language proficiency and cultural integration. His remarkable ability to navigate complex industries has led to successful fundraising efforts, driving vital resources to various initiatives. Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Roberto is an avid outdoor enthusiast, passionate about sharing the transformative power of nature with disadvantaged youth.

Malcolm McGuire is Managing Director of Malcolm McGuire & Associates, LLC, a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in emerging companies. With over 25 years in capital markets and experience as a partner and officer at four major Wall Street firms, Malcolm helps companies achieve their corporate objectives through strategic guidance and capital raising expertise. Based in Grand Junction, Colorado.

daniel Pabón

Dan Pabon, a dedicated attorney and former Colorado state representative (2011-2019), brings extensive experience in collaborating with various stakeholders across different sectors to navigate regulatory frameworks and governance structures. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President at Sewald Hanfling Public Affairs, where he focused on lobbying, government relations, business growth, and community involvement. Mr. Pabon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School.
