"We are a dedicated group of passionate individuals, predominantly Hispanic, with years of ski industry experience and fundraising expertise. Committed to providing access to free ski and snowboard lessons at Winter Park Resort in Colorado for underprivileged youth from the Denver Front Range. Our goal is to share the joy of winter sports and Colorado's natural beauty while creating unforgettable lifelong experiences for the community. Rooted in our shared cultural heritage and fueled by a deep-seated passion for helping others, we strive to make a positive impact and empower our community through outdoor recreation."

roberto Lopesino Seidita

Roberto Lopesino Seidita is a dynamic entrepreneur deeply rooted in community engagement and social impact. With a rich tradition of service to the Hispanic community in the Colorado Front Range, Roberto has made significant contributions as an ESL teacher, fostering language proficiency and cultural integration. His remarkable ability to navigate complex industries has led to successful fundraising efforts, driving vital resources to various initiatives. Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Roberto is an avid outdoor enthusiast, passionate about sharing the transformative power of nature with disadvantaged youth.

Matthew Sepulveda

Matt's passion for mental health and the outdoors drives his commitment to making a difference. As the manager of a residential treatment center for adolescents in Denver, he designs and executes trauma-informed, clinically based programs tailored to the needs of the center's clients. Outside of work, you'll often find Matt carving through the snow on Colorado's Front Range or honing his skills on the jiu-jitsu mats.

daniel Pabón

Dan Pabon, a dedicated attorney and former Colorado state representative (2011-2019), brings extensive experience in collaborating with various stakeholders across different sectors to navigate regulatory frameworks and governance structures. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President at Sewald Hanfling Public Affairs, where he focused on lobbying, government relations, business growth, and community involvement. Mr. Pabon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School.

Yaeel Duarte

Founder/Synergy Certified Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) Instructor Community Liaison and Advocate

For the past 18 years, I've been dedicated to fostering synergy between the Latino community and the essential resources they require. I specialize in facilitating educational workshops focusing on mental health awareness and suicide prevention, as well as workshops aimed at fostering effective communication between parents and teens. Additionally, I am the host of the podcast "Sinergia with Yaeel Duarte," where we explore topics vital to our community's well-being.
